Local 1699 Member,
Attached and below is the first flyer for our membership appreciation lunch/dinner that will be held on August 15, 2025 @ Ohio University Athens Campus, Nelson Catering. This event if for "good standing" members of Local 1699 and you must RSVP for the food. There is a link below you can click, scan the QR Code, or reply to the email if the other options do not work. There are 2 different times that you can come, you only need to select 1 time. It is management's discretion if you will be allowed to stay longer than your designated lunch on the clock, I have been in contact with management regarding this.
Deadline to RSVP is AUGUST 7, 2025!!!!!

The game tickets will be raffled per game example 4 Tickets to OU vs. WVU will be 1 raffle, 4 Tickets to OU vs. Gardner-Webb will be another rather. The same process will be done for the basketball games and the set of 2 tickets.
Each member will receive an equal number of raffle tickets, and the number of tickets received will be based on how many raffles there are. This raffle will be done like a Chinese Auction, where tickets will be dropped in a container for each raffle.
The winner will be drawn after the event ends, and you do not have to be present to win.
Flyers will be posted at timeclocks.
